Shipping policy

The merchandise which have been ordered will be shipped within 1 week. Merchandise will be shipped through EMS by the Japan Post Office. However, they can be shipped differently as required by the destination countries. 

Customers may be required to pay customs duties and VAT upon receipt of the products.

Under the ordinary condition, international shipping will take approximately from two weeks to maximum of several months depending on the destinations.

A careful packing is being guaranteed, however, any unexpected damage was seen on delivery, simply do not accept the package and check the contents together with local post office staff.
