A special collaboration between Velvet Cheese Cake and TOKYO HANDA TEA.

This half-and-half cheesecake brings together two rich, tea-forward flavours: a Matcha Cheesecake made with organic matcha "RAKUSUI" from Nishi Tea Factory in Kirishima, Kagoshima, and a Hojicha Cheesecake made with our own house-roasted hojicha "Handa Kaori."

As a dedicated Japanese tea specialty shop, we've pushed the tea flavour further than usual — deep, aromatic, and unmistakably tea-forward in every bite.

Velvet Cheese Cake is a premium cheesecake brand based in Sydney, crafted by a Japanese chef with a background at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Kyoto. Guided by the philosophy of "simple is best," the brand draws on Japanese pastry craftsmanship to create a signature melt-in-your-mouth texture with a clean, elegant finish — no artificial colors, no additives, no artificial flavors.

Each cheesecake comes with matcha and hojicha powder on the side, meant to be dusted on right before eating — so you get that fresh, just-finished aroma with your first bite.
